In May 2008 Henry Howard Finance launched a new sales division to the business which has dramatically changed its business model. The Direct side of the business has been set up to provide financial solutions for both new and existing customers. We currently have over 12,500 existing customers and feel it is vital to improve our relationships with existing customers so that we can help with any future finance requirements for your business.
Existing Customers
Previously the majority of our customers have come to Henry Howard via a third party, more notably through one of our many approved equipment suppliers across the country. With the opening of HHF Direct we can now help our existing customers in all of the following ways:

- Help guide you through the finance process from start to finish quickly and efficiently
